Waldemar Preussner, sole shareholder and Chairman of the Administrative Board of today’s PCC SE, establishes Petro Carbo Chem Rohstoffhandelsgesellschaft mbH (PCC GmbH) as an international trading house for petrochemical, carbon-based and natural gas-related commodities. The company’s headquarters is, and has remained, Duisburg- Homberg, Germany. Part of the team right from the start is Ulrike Warnecke, now Managing Director. Dr. Alfred Pelzer, PCC’s other Managing Director, joins the company in 1995.
