• Support of our national and international customers
• Operational order processing from order acceptance to invoicing.
• Ensuring timely delivery in close coordination with sales, production and logistics.
• Timely and cost-optimal procurement of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and operating supplies via our ERP system
• Processing and approval of incoming invoices
• Posting of internal value creation (production orders) in the ERP system.
• Maintenance of master data and item creation
• Complaint processing
• Improvement of operational business processes within the framework of QM
• Support of management in administrative and organizational tasks

• Completed training in commercial or technical field (industrial clerk or technician, (m/f/d)) or comparable qualification (e.g. further training as a specialist, master craftsman, or similar)
• Proficient use of MS Office applications, user knowledge of an ERP system (Navision or SAP)
• Technical understanding
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• A structured, independent and self-reliant way of working.
• Strong communication skills, flexibility and resilience complete your profile.
