• Operation of a casting machine for discontinuous production of flexible polyurethane foam blocks
• Independent quality control of raw materials (polyols, isocyanates, and additives) for the production of polyurethane foams
• Determination of organic functional groups in PU raw materials
• Transfer of results to production scale
• Supervision of the production process
• Determination of mechanical characteristics of PU foam plastics
• Development and optimization of polyurethane formulations

• Completed vocational training as a chemical technician/process engineer or comparable qualification
• Ideally, previous experience in handling polyurethane raw materials
• High affinity for technical product and process improvements
• Proficient use of MS Office applications, user knowledge of an ERP system (e.g., Navision or SAP)
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• A structured, independent and self-reliant way of working.
• Strong communication skills, flexibility and resilience complete your profile.
