The new research and development center at the PCC Group’s largest production site, in Brzeg Dolny (Poland), features 32 laboratories, 24 offices, and a total of over 60 research units spread across more than 5,000 square meters. In the 13 test areas of the process scaling hall, new technologies are fine-tuned to production readiness. There, through collaboration between chemists, engineers, and technology specialists, ideas can be advanced from the laboratory to industrial-scale manufacturing processes. The goal of this key investment for the chemical companies of the PCC Group is to further accelerate the development of new technologies, their testing, and their practical implementation.
