Technical Sales Specialist (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the Middle East region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and sales reports for management.
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding product applications.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales within the chemical industry.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel 30% of the time within the Middle East region.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as an excellent team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the Middle East market and its cultural nuances.
  • Experience in technical sales or a role requiring technical knowledge of chemical products.
