Laboratory Technician / Chemical-Technical Assistant (CTA) (M/F/D)

In our laboratory in Oberhausen, you will be part of the laboratory team working on the development of new materials and processes for the production of active material for future lithium-ion batteries:

• You prepare experiments in the team, carry them out independently, document and evaluate the results obtained.
• You support the operation of laboratory and technical facilities up to the independent production of powders and dispersions.
• You analyze and characterize manufactured materials.
• You develop new test methods, create and maintain test, work, and operating instructions according to standard company methods.
• You produce electrode materials as well as coin and pouch cells and characterize them electrochemically.

• Completed vocational training as a chemical laboratory technician, physics laboratory technician, materials tester (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• 3-5 years of professional experience in laboratory work, ideally with initial experience in the battery industry
• Our international and intercultural work environment makes excellent communication skills in English and German indispensable.
