To expand the team at the Essen location, we are looking for you as a PU Process Engineer (m/f/d).

We offer a diverse and interesting field of work with personal responsibility and creative freedom.

• Production of flexible polyurethane foam blocks in a discontinuous process
• Operation of a PU casting machine and preparation of the molds
• Handling of PU raw materials (polyols, isocyanates and additives), e.g. tank farm filling
• Formulation of polyol blends according to a given recipe
• Foam converting (e.g. splitting blocks, laminating sheets, cutting to size)
• Optimization of production processes

• Completed vocational training as a chemical technician/process engineer or comparable qualification
• Ideally, you already have experience in handling polyurethane raw materials and PU mixing and metering technology
• High affinity for technical product and process improvements
• Proficient use of MS Office applications, user knowledge of an ERP system (e.g., Navision or SAP)
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• A structured, independent and self-reliant way of working.
• Excellent communication skills, flexibility and resilience complete your profile.
