We, PCC SE, are a “permanent issuer” and have been issuing bonds since 1998. This makes us one of the most experienced issuers of corporate bonds in Germany. You can purchase bonds directly from the issuer, PCC SE, free of charge with a minimum investment of 5,000 euros. We pay interest quarterly (the annual distribution of interest is otherwise the rule for fixed-interest bonds in Germany). Many of our more than 20,000 investors to date have been with us for decades, and not a few since our first issue. Over the years, a relationship of trust has grown between us and our investors, which we are very proud of.
PCC SE is a company you can get to know: our Group Board of Directors answers questions from our investors in a webcast every quarter; we also hold information evenings in several major German cities every autumn, where our Board of Directors is also available for direct discussions with investors.
Our corporate policy is fundamentally conservative – we invest where we have years and decades of experience. We seize the market opportunities that arise decisively. This entrepreneurial spirit has shaped PCC since the company was founded.
