We are looking for a senior sales professional who understands the battery materials ecosystem and knows how business really happens in this industry.
Not a corporate salesperson.
Not a pure engineer.
Someone who has actually sold into the battery sector and understands the complex path from technical validation to long-term commercial contracts.
Your location should be in Europe (Germany / France / DACH preferred) with the willingness for frequent travel – because real business still happens face-to-face.
We are looking for a responsible person with experience in
- B2B sales of lithium-ion battery materials (anode, cathode, precursors, additives)
- working with gigafactories or cell manufacturers
- managing long sales cycles and strategic supply agreements
- building relationships with both procurement teams and R&D decision-makers
- developing and implementing of sales strategies, target agreements (KPIs) and measures to optimize sales
- identification, approach and acquisition of new customers as well as support and expansion of long-term customer relationships
- conducting complex price and contract negotiations through to completion
- monitoring competitors and market trends as well as analysing sales figures (reporting)
This role is for someone entrepreneurial, curious and comfortable operating in complex industrial environments.
