PCC has now reached a milestone at the possible location in Bay City, Matagorda County, Texas, on the Gulf of Mexico. On September 15, 2023, the project company PCC Chemicals Corporation signed a terminable lease agreement with the Port of Bay City for a property in the immediate vicinity of the port there.
