The 5.75% new issue (DE000A460JS9) has a term of five years with redemption on July 1, 2031. As with all PCC SE bonds, interest payments are made on a quarterly basis.  <\/p>\n<p>Investors can subscribe to the bonds free of charge directly via PCC SE from a minimum investment of \u20ac 5,000. The subscription periods run until June 30 without accrued interest at the issue price of 100 % and thereafter until October 29, 2026 at the purchase price of 100 % plus accrued interest (subject to early closure). Repayment will be made on the maturity date at 100% of the nominal value. Both bonds are intended to be listed on the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the Regulated Unofficial Market of the Stuttgart Stock Exchange from the beginning of July 2026.    <\/p>\n<p>PCC SE has been issuing bonds for over 25 years and is one of the most experienced bond issuers in Germany. Of the 102 PCC bonds issued to date, 81 have already been redeemed on schedule.
