This anniversary bond (DE000A4DFWY7) has an interest rate of 5.50% p.a. and a term of around five years; it will mature on January 1, 2031. As with all PCC SE bonds, interest payments are made quarterly. The bond can be subscribed directly through PCC SE free of charge with a minimum investment of \u20ac5,000. The subscription period runs until October 22, 2025, at an issue price of 100% plus accrued interest; subject to early closure. Repayment will be made on the maturity date at 100% of the nominal value. The bond can be purchased on the stock exchange for amounts of \u20ac1,000 or more, and is scheduled to be included in over-the-counter trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange at the beginning of October 2025.<br \/>\nPCC SE has been issuing bonds for over two and a half decades and is one of the most experienced bond issuers in Germany. Of the 99 bonds that PCC has placed since its initial issue on October 1, 1998, PCC has already repaid 79 on schedule.
