PCC and Chemours have entered into a chlorine supply agreement, subject to certain customary conditions precedent. The new plant will maximize energy efficiency using state-of-the-art technology and achieve an annual nominal capacity of up to 340,000 tons once the plant is operational. The by-product caustic soda will be sold by PCC to strategic partners and on the open market.
